I have 15+ years of experience with Java EE / Spring Boot in a professional setting, six of which were as a Team Lead , and more than nine years with Scrum/Kanban , including experience one year as a Scrum Master. Additionally, I am a certified Software Architect (iSAQB) and Scrum Master (scrum.org­) .

I am happy to support the entire lifecycle - from the customer's idea to implementation and operation. I am also open to handling specific aspects such as implementations or training . Mentoring ❤️ or returning to a hands-on Team Lead role is also interesting.
